All payments for registrations and services are strictly non-refundable, except in specific cases below.

2. Event Cancellation by Organizer

• Eligible for full or partial refund
• Refund to original payment method
• Processing time: 7–10 working days

3. Event Rescheduling

• Registration remains valid
• No refunds in such cases

4. Participant Cancellation

• No refunds will be issued
• Non-transferable unless approved

5. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

• Contact us if payment is deducted but not confirmed
• Duplicate payments will be refunded after verification
• Processing time: 7–10 working days

6. Payment Gateway Issues

• We are not responsible for network failures
• Delays caused by banks or gateways

7. Force Majeure

No refunds in case of uncontrollable events such as:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics or emergencies

8. Refund Processing
